On June 17, 1981, Richard Leland was reported missing by his mother. On July 24, 1981, Richard’s body was located in the desert area near Ina Road and La Canada Drive, just northwest of the Tucson, Arizona metropolitan area. Richard died as a result of blunt force trauma related injuries. No suspects have been identified in this case.
