On April 8, 1981, a deceased white female was located in a dry wash near Houghton Road and Interstate 10 in Tucson, Arizona. The victim was assaulted and died from ligature strangulation. The victim appeared to be approximately 20-years old at the time of her death. The victim was wearing a navy blue blouse with floral puff sleeves, blue denim jeans, suede type brown shoes, and white footsies with pink pom-pom socks.
