The Pima County Sheriff’s Department has partnered with Archaio®, LLC, creator of the Digital Building System™, to provide state-of-the-art technology that will allow deputies digital visual building information. This technology will allow deputies to see the inside design of a building and promote precise decision making in the event of an incident.  This partnership and technology is the result of an Office of Justice Programs Grant administered by the U.S. Attorney General, an agency of the U.S. Department of Justice.

The Digital Building System features the Archaio patent pending scaling technology that provides an easy to use, accurate system to access, distribute and annotate scaled digitized versions of critical building blueprints and construction drawings in both two and three dimensions.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is excited to begin implementation of this technology and provide deputies an added tool for entering facilities safely; and, enhancing public safety in Pima County
