On April 3, 2008, at approximately 5:30am, deputies from the Foothills District responded to St. Mary’s Hospital in reference to a possible sexual assault.  Deputies made contact with the victim who told them that on April 2, 2008, she and some of her friends were drinking at a residence in the 3400 blk. of North Green Gulch Court.  The victim further indicated that she had passed out and woke up to find Johnathan Turner (DOB 02/06/85) sexually assaulting her.  The victim was taken to the hospital by her friends.  Pima County Sheriff’s Adult Sex Crimes Detectives responded to further investigate.

On Friday, May 16, 2008, Mr. Turner was indicted on one count of Sexual Assault.
